Home & Hectare Acquires GWK Properties Vrystaat

Home & Hectare is excited to announce that it has acquired GWK Properties Vrystaat, which will now operate under the banner of Home & Hectare Real Estate. In line with this, all of GWK Properties Vrystaat’s existing contracts and listings will be transferred over to Home & Hectare.

Since 2014, GWK Properties Vrystaat has operated as a franchise of the GWK Group specialising in agricultural, commercial, and residential property in the central Free State and Northern Cape regions, from Upington to Zastron, all from their office in Bloemfontein, and shall continue to do so under the mantle of Home & Hectare.

Home & Hectare is a company born out of the shared values of agri-giant the BKB group, initially operating as BKB Eiendomme with an exclusive focus on agriculture before rebranding as Home & Hectare Real Estate in 2019, with a broadened focus to include residential and commercial property.

Home & Hectare is opgewonde om aan te kondig dat hulle GWK Eiendomme Vrystaat aangekoop het, wat voortaan onder die vaandel van Home & Hectare Eiendomme sal funksioneer. In ooreenstemming hiermee sal al GWK Eiendomme Vrystaat se bestaande kontrakte en noterings na Home & Hectare oorgedra word.

Sedert 2014 werk GWK Eiendomme Vrystaat as ’n konsessiesaak van die GWK Groep wat spesialiseer in landbou-, kommersiële en residensiële eiendom in die sentrale Vrystaat en Noord-Kaap streke, vanaf Upington tot Zastron, als vanuit hul kantoor in Bloemfontein, en hulle sal hiermee voortgaan onder die mantel van Home & Hectare.
